TEHNOPLAST at the Middle East Energy

We went to Dubai thinking we knew which product would get the most attention. Well, guess what...

Sajam Middle East

From September 1–3, we had the pleasure of exhibiting at Middle East Energy in Dubai, where we came prepared with a version of our F Series developed specifically for the Middle East, including DIN rails and insulated terminals adapted to local requirements.

It made sense. Our F Series had already attracted a lot of interest in the region, so we expected it to be one of the main topics at the show.

Instead, we kept hearing the same question:

“We are interested in outdoor boxes?”

And quite a few visitors already knew about our D Series through recommendations, so we ended up talking about it much more than we expected.

Climate has a big influence on market requirements, and in the Middle East, outdoor electrical enclosures have a lot to deal with. Heat and strong sunlight, moisture, dust, sand, and constant temperature changes can all take their toll on materials over time.

That’s why the D Series was designed with outdoor conditions in mind from the start.

It is made from ASA, a material chosen for its resistance to UV radiation and weathering, as well as its ability to handle temperature changes, moisture and impact.

The goal was never to make a box that simply looks good when it leaves the factory.

It was to make one that still does its job when the environment gets demanding.

And after three days in Dubai, we came home with one clear takeaway:

Sometimes the market tells you which product matters most. You just have to listen.
